14 days to change your mind, under EU right of withdrawal. write to us first for an RMA, then ship it back. if something arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost.
14-day return (change of mind, wrong size, doesn't suit you)
you have 14 days from the day you receive the parcel to tell us you want to return it. email hello@notesfromthevilla.com with your order number — we'll reply with an RMA and the return address. items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original print intact. buyer pays return shipping. once the return arrives, we refund the full order value (including original outbound shipping) within 14 days.
Damaged or defective
write to hello@notesfromthevilla.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. we send a replacement at no cost — no return shipping on your side.
Wrong item shipped
the rare packing mistake — same as above, we cover the correct piece and the return label.
How to start a return
1. email hello@notesfromthevilla.com with your order number and reason. 2. we send an RMA and the return address. 3. ship it back within 14 days of the RMA, tracked. 4. refund lands on your original payment method within 14 days of the parcel arriving with us. do not ship returns without an RMA — unannounced parcels can go missing.
