who we ship with
PostNL and DHL inside the EU. DPD, UPS or the local postal service for everywhere else — whichever gets your parcel to the door fastest.
customs & duties
orders outside the EU may incur local import fees on arrival. those are set by your country, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility. we always declare orders honestly.
order cut-off
orders placed before 14:00 CET are picked the same working day. orders placed on weekends or holidays are picked the next working day. tracking arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
